Key Responsibilities:Assist in analysis of credit data, cases, policy deviations, and approval trends through Advance Excel and data modelling analysis.Support portfolio monitoring (DPD movement, early delinquency trends, vintage analysis).Conduct detailed analysis of credit reports, trends, delinquency patterns, and portfolio behaviour.Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in underwriting quality and credit decisions.Prepare MIS dashboards and actionable insights for senior management.Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing reports or workflows.Suggest automation or simplification using Excel, SQL, or system reportsSupport implementation of new reports, dashboards, or system enhancementsWork closely with regional and branch credit teams to provide guidance on complex cases.Collaborate with product, risk, and audit teams to align credit processes and guidelines.Support management in audits, reviews, and compliance initiatives.Help in preparing audit responses, process notes, and control documentationMaintain structured documentation for policies, reports, and trackersRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.Understanding of (LAP/BL) credit processes, underwriting norms, and risk.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive, structured, and process-driven.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.Knowledge of credit systems preferred.SQL will be preferable.
