Summary :The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting clients, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.The role involves meeting sales targets, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.The position requires working closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.Data sorting to identify prospects – Excel competency.Cold calling, customers engagement and lead generation & conversion, co-ordination with commercial team and distributors.Qualifications and Skills required:Proven experience in Inside Sales, including handling sales inquiries and closing dealsExpertise in Lead Generation and developing client pipelines effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport with clientsBackground in Sales; ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and achieve targetsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantagePrior experience in the packaging industry or related fields is a plusMin 2 years' of experience in B2B preferablyLanguages - Proficiency in Gujarati required
