Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store / Warehouse Incharge to oversee material management and inventory operations. The role involves ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and timely allocation of materials for ongoing interior projects, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee receipt and dispatch of materials in a systematic and controlled mannerMaintain daily records of material movement, including site-wise allocationEnsure accurate inventory tracking and stock availability at all timesUpdate and manage Excel-based MIS reports for stock, consumption, and dispatch detailsCoordinate with the Procurement Team to raise requirements and ensure timely material availabilityMonitor and verify material quantity and quality during receipt and issuanceEnsure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials within the warehouseConduct periodic stock audits and maintain inventory accuracySupport project teams by ensuring timely material readiness as per site requirementsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operationsProficiency in MS Excel and basic reportingGood coordination and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and process-oriented approachBasic knowledge of interior materials and hardware will be an added advantageAbility to manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentQualification & ExperienceGraduate / Diploma in any discipline0-2 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industriesKey ExpectationsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to maintain structured and accurate dataProactive coordination with internal teams
