Responsibilities:•Manage and optimize Saregama’s YouTube channels to maximize reach, engagement and monetization•Upload, schedule and publish video content in a timely and organized manner•Develop, maintain and execute a structured content calendar to ensure consistency and quality•Analyze channel performance using data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement•Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, watch time, CTR and revenue metrics•Identify and leverage social media trends to enhance content visibility and growthSkills :•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – first level working knowledge is mandatory
