Key Responsibilities• Coordinate sales orders from receipt to dispatch for Mumbai & Gujarat region• Manage OEM coordination for pricing, availability, and order processing• Handle logistics coordination for timely dispatch and delivery• Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding dues• Act as a single point of contact between customers, OEM, internal teams, and Branch Manager• Track order status, resolve issues, and ensure timely closures• Maintain accurate records (orders, payments, dispatch, MIS)• Support Branch Manager in sales closure and documentation
