Job Role:Telecaller ExecutiveLoc: Ahmedabad, GujaratSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + IncentivesKey Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services (IT solutions, networking, etc.)Generate and qualify leads for the sales teamHandle inbound inquiries and provide accurate informationMaintain and update client data in systemsFollow up on leads and schedule meetings for sales executivesAchieve daily call targets and lead conversion goalsBuild and maintain positive customer relationshipsRequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate0–2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer supportBasic knowledge of MS Excel and toolsInterest in IT products/services is a plusStrong persuasion and follow-up skills
