The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing multiple projects, leading QA initiatives, and contributing individually to automation and testing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projectsManage and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneouslyLead QA teams while also contributing as an individual contributor when neededDesign and develop test automation frameworks and solutionsEnsure high-quality delivery through functional, regression, and performance testingCollaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders for effective deliveryIdentify risks, track defects, and ensure timely resolutionDrive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation coverageRequired Skills & Experience10–18 years of experience in Quality Assurance / TestingStrong experience working at a QA Architect or Lead levelHands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, and PyTestExperience in test automation frameworks and toolsProven ability to handle multiple projects and teamsStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentIf you're interested kindly share your updated resume and basic details at .
