Technical Delivery Manager Bangalore | Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value. What You'll Do Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, and program management roles 8+ years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality management, and financial metrics (utilization, margins) Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise systems is a strong plus Sufficient technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence Technical Skills Must have hands-on experience or prior experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, and Advanced Excel Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience would be nice to have Cloud experience, preferably AWS, is preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Recognition Programs Competitive Compensation Employee Referral Bonus Program About Mareana Founded in 2015, Mareana is an AI-powered software company with the mission of accelerating digital transformation in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability through its connected intelligence platform.
