Job Purpose:The role involves managing and strengthening inbound and outbound international studentmobility initiatives, including semester exchange, study abroad, international transfer programs,and short-term global programs, while contributing to institutional global engagement andpartnerships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and promote International Transfer Programs (ITP) with partner universities.Execute and expand Semester Exchange / Study Abroad programs (both inbound & outbound). Develop and manage Inbound Mobility programs, including hosting international students, coordinating academic integration, and ensuring a seamless on-campus experience. Plan and coordinate Winter and Summer School programs in collaboration with international institutions (inbound & outbound participation). Design and implement Short-Term International Programs (2–8 weeks).Coordinate with academic departments for credit transfer, approvals, and program alignment.Handle student lifecycle from counseling to program completion (both inbound & outbound students).
