Senior Product Designer (Office of CTO, I-PAC)Location: HyderabadExperience: 5-8yrs Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly skilled, creative, and driven Product Designer to build and own design across products, visuals, and presentations from the ground up.This role is based in the Office of the CTO at I-PAC, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Technology, Data, Politics, Design, and large-scale real-world impact.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end experiences across apps, websites, and tech productsBuild products and design systems from scratch (0 → 1)Simplify complex workflows while creating engaging experiences for mass usersDesign for scale, accessibility, and seamless user journeysPresent data in intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling ways across product interfaces and presentationsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsDevelop high-impact presentationsCollaborate closely with CTO, top leadership, and cross-functional teamsIterate quickly using modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflowsContribute actively to product thinking, strategy, and decision-makingWhat We’re Looking For:Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS + consumer product design work (must-have)Experience building products from ground upProven ability to design for mass-scale users and complex systemsDeep understanding of user journeys, behavior, accessibility, and UX flowsStrong visual design fundamentals (typography, spacing, color, hierarchy)Ability to create engaging, creative, and out-of-the-box design experiencesStrong attention to detail and passion for design nuancesExperience presenting data in clear, compelling, and insightful waysComfortable using AI tools for rapid iteration and design explorationStrong communication skills and ability to justify design decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentWillingness to contribute as an individual owner and problem-solverKey Attributes:Work with people who build products for mass users in complex political domainsBuild products from scratch with high ownership and autonomyOpportunity to design for millions of usersExposure to solving complex, real-world challenges in large-scale ecosystemsFast-paced environment focused on execution, learning, and impactIf you’re passionate about building impactful products, simplifying complexity through design, and working closely with leadership to shape meaningful solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
