Avigna is hiring Workday Studio & Prism ConsultantOur IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Workday Studio & Prism Consultant to join the team to design, build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to business processes through effective integration, data management, and analytics solutions.In alignment with Avigna’s values, we are committed to providing an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.Experience:10+ YearsLocation: IndiaMode of Work:RemoteResponsibilities:Design, develop, and support complex Workday Studio integrations using Workday integration tools and frameworks.Implement and manage Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting solutions.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance across Workday integrations and analytics.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance to junior team members.Troubleshoot integration and Prism-related issues and provide timely resolutions.Support Workday upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to Workday standards and governance.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Workday Certification in Studio is mandatory; Prism Analytics certification is highly preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in Workday technical implementations, with strong hands‑on expertise in Workday Studio and Prism Analytics.Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model and security framework.Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, APIs, and data transformation techniques.Experience working in global delivery models and remote project environments.Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer:Access to a strong developer community within the company to learn and grow.Opportunities to work on complex global Workday programs.Competitive salary with good work‑life balance.Comprehensive health and life insurance benefits.
