Position: Non-Motor Insurance Operations Manager (SME Segment)Location: AhmedabadWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMExperience: 5+ Years in General Insurance (Non-Motor / SME Segment)Salary: 50K – 55K/monthJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage and support Non-Motor (SME) Insurance business operations. The role requires coordination with branch teams across Gujarat and providing technical and operational support to strengthen SME business growth.The selected candidate will work closely with Risk Managers across our branches located in Gujarat.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support Risk Managers across branches for Non-Motor (SME) insurance business.Guide branch teams in identifying SME / Non-Motor insurance opportunities.Provide technical support and ensure timely quotations for SME insurance proposals.Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting approvals and policy issuance.Assist teams with claim processing and follow-ups.Support branch teams in resolving day-to-day operational and business challenges.Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and process management for Non-Motor business.Work closely with management to improve SME business performance across all branches.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance (Non-Motor / SME segment).Strong understanding of commercial insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, etc.Experience in underwriting coordination, quotations, and claim handling.Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple branch teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide quick solutions to operational issues.Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working with insurance brokers / IMF / insurance companies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to support business growth through technical guidance and operational efficiency.Contact Details for RecruitmentContact Person: Sri GatlaShare your CV toEmail: Watsapp: 9392932905 (No calls please)
