Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition – Mid & Senior Level Hiring- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, functional, and leadership roles.- Understand hiring needs by collaborating with department heads.- Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, headhunting, portals, networks).- Conduct behavioural, competency-based interviews and assessment mapping.- Manage candidate experience, CTC discussions, and offer closure.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, induction, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee master creation.- Maintain and update Master Files (Employee Database, Org Master, CTC Master, Attendance Master, Leave Master).- Ensure accurate entries and updates in KEKA and Spine.- Manage confirmation cycles, probation reviews, transfers, and exits.- Ensure accurate monthly HR inputs for payroll in KEKA/Spine.- Maintain high data integrity across all HR systems and reports.3. HR Automation & Systems Expertise- Lead automation of HR processes including onboarding flows, confirmation cycles, approval chains, and document workflows.- Build and manage HR dashboards, forms, workflows, and permissions in KEKA.- Ensure smooth system configurations and troubleshooting.- Work closely with IT and vendors for system enhancement or integration needs.4. Employee Engagement (Facilitation Role Only)- Facilitate employee engagement activities.- Coordinate execution: communication, scheduling, attendance, logistics, feedback collection.- Support teams in building a positive and transparent culture.- Conduct employee connect sessions and prepare summaries for management review.5. HR Compliance, Policies & Audit Support- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and documentation norms.- Maintain accurate audit records for internal and statutory audits.- Assist in policy rollout, communication, and awareness sessions.6. HR Reporting & Analytics- Prepare monthly dashboards on hiring, attrition, attendance, headcount, and HR operations performance.- Maintain structured HR data for analytics and leadership presentations.- Identify data trends and provide actionable insights.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong expertise in KEKA HRMS (mandatory).- Good working knowledge of Spine HR.- Experience in HR automation, workflow creation, and system configuration.- Strong Excel skills and experience managing master files.- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.- High attention to detail with strong process orientation.- Professional, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality. Qualifications- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.- 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations & Talent Acquisition.- Strong experience in corporate/mid-level hiring and HR systems management.
