Stakeholder PartnershipAct as the primary liaison between business teams and Salesforce technical teams.Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to understand business challenges.Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.2. Requirements Gathering & TranslationLead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Create non-technical documentation that enables smooth collaboration with delivery teams.3. Solution Design & Salesforce ExpertiseLeverage Salesforce declarative capabilities including:FlowsValidation rulesProcess automationWork closely with developers on solutions involving:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Provide input on solution design, data models, and integrations.4. Project & Delivery SupportSupport the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives—from ideation and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring business readiness.Assist Product Owners and Project Managers with backlog prioritization and delivery tracking.5.
