Position Overview-Capri Global Capital Ltd is seeking Assistant Manager-ESG. This role will focus on ESG data tracking, risk alignment and performance monitoring, enabling deeper integration of ESG considerations within credit processes and portfolio oversight. Key Responsibilities-Managing ESG data tracking at borrower and portfolio levelAligning credit appraisal and monitoring processes with defined ESG criteriaConducting data analytics to support sustainable finance initiatives and thematic lendingTracking impact indicators linked to financed assets and sectorsSupporting integration of ESG risk parameters within credit evaluation frameworksSupport in strengthening various ESG ratings and quality of data available internally with various departmentsPreparing dashboards and periodic reports for internal review and management oversightEnsuring data readiness for investor disclosures and regulatory reportingCoordinating with Risk, Credit and other departments for timely and accurate data collectionStrengthening documentation and internal controls around ESG data governance Qualifications-Candidate from Banking/NBFC with prior experience in sustainable finance and credit risk. Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and analytics.Post graduate candidate with around 4-5 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
