We need someone who can own the full design surface — from the first pixel of a mobile app to a product's brand system, social presence, and physical packaging. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to deliver end-to-end design across our internal products, client engagements, and the JWS brand itself.You'll be the primary design voice in the room — expected to drive decisions, push back when something doesn't serve the user, and maintain quality across every touchpoint.Key Responsibilities:Product & App DesignLead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications across client projects and JWS's own products (RevNew, Petara, and upcoming platforms)Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsConduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisionsCollaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure pixel-accurate, performant implementationOwn and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides for multiple productsFrontend & Backend UI/UXDesign and review UI for web dashboards, admin panels, CRMs, ERPs, and B2B platformsWork directly with developers on responsive layouts, interaction patterns, and accessibility standardsDefine UX patterns for data-heavy interfaces — tables, filters, workflows, multi-step formsBranding & Visual IdentityDevelop and maintain brand identities for JWS and its client products from scratch or iterationCreate brand guidelines, logo systems, typography scales, and colour palettesEnsure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpointsWebsite DesignDesign marketing websites, landing pages, and microsites — both for JWS and client engagementsCollaborate with developers for web implementation; optionally build static pages directly in Webflow or similar no-code toolsSocial Media & Marketing DesignCreate scroll-stopping social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channelsDesign campaign assets, email templates, pitch decks, and presentation collateralMaintain a consistent and compelling visual voice across JWS's digital marketingPosters & Print CollateralDesign event posters, banners, brochures, and other print-ready materialsHandle pre-press preparation and ensure production-ready file deliveryPackaging DesignDesign product packaging for JWS clients operating in consumer verticals (retail, food, health)Understand printing constraints, materials, and dieline specificationsBalance aesthetic appeal with regulatory and functional requirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience & Skills7–10 years of professional design experience spanning digital products and brand/creative workStrong portfolio demonstrating breadth — apps, websites, branding, and print/marketing designExpert-level proficiency in Figma (mandatory); Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) is requiredSolid understanding of front-end constraints — HTML/CSS fundamentals, responsive design, and component-based thinkingExperience designing for complex, data-heavy products (dashboards, ERPs, CRMs) — not just consumer appsDemonstrated experience in brand identity creation and brand system managementPackaging design experience with understanding of dielines, print specs, and production workflowsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping qualitySoft Skills & MindsetStrong point of view on design — can defend decisions with logic, user research, and business contextComfortable working in a fast-moving startup-like environment; ships fast and iteratesProactive communicator — flags issues early, asks the right questions, doesn't wait to be toldCollaborative but opinionated; can work across functions with engineers, PMs, and clientsDetail-obsessed without being precious — knows when to perfect and when to shipNice to HaveExperience with motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects, Rive)Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code design toolsExposure to AI/ML product design or complex enterprise software UXPrior experience in a product company or multi-client agencyUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)Basic photography or video editing skills for social content creationAbout UsJointwork Solutions (JWS) is a 12+ year old digital transformation company headquartered in Pune, India, with a global footprint across 5 countries and clients in 20+ nations.
