Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, production, and supply chain), coordinate cross-functional efforts, and much more. You will also work in a global environment and interface customers.You’ll specifically take care of leading cross-functional engineering teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.We’ll look to you for:Executing traction system projects with cross-functional teams, stretching from mechanical design, software implementation, to electrical design and power electronics Technically lead and drive the railway traction scope within the engineering teamDrive and deliver the project from end to end: Conceptual design, Requirements management, interface management, design implementation, test and validation including commissioning.Managing high voltage application projects from conception to deploymentEncouraging continuous improvement within the teamEnsuring the engineering team delivers state of the art traction project as per timelines and on cost with the right qualityMeeting the highest quality standards in engineering deliverables and implementing risk mitigation strategiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
