The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating team activities, managing project documentation, monitoring progress, and communicating updates with stakeholders. The role involves facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring the alignment of project goals with client expectations.Project Planning, Project Coordination & Project Management as per requirements.To study & understand structural / architectural drawings and to prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQs). To work on AutoCAD Drafting, etc.Preparation of Detailed Estimates for Civil Works.To have fair understanding of site works civil /plumbing/electrical works execution and accordingly to guide the Client/Contractor for all execution issues.Coordinating for surveys and studies.Knowledge on plumbing is desirable.Coordinating with sub-consultants for structural/Electrical drawings.Bills coordination with the Government Departments for early realization of bills.Coordinating with Contractors, Vendors, etc., & Site Inspections for various Projects as per project requirements.The candidate needs to reorient himself/herself to work on assignments different from the activities as detailed here above as per Firm requirements.Educational Qualifications: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering. However, persons having Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering with BE/B Tech will be preferred. Project Experience: 3-5 years of experience in residential / commercial / mixed use projects. To have hands on experience in construction of works (at site level) including Civil, Structural & MEP with fair knowledge on materials, specifications & rates.
