Senior Proposal Engineer – Civil & TransportationWe are hiring a Senior Proposal Engineer to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for transportation and infrastructure projects.Role HighlightsSupport proposal development, including methodologies, schedules, staffing, and cost inputs. Coordinate CVs, project references, and technical documentation in line with RFPs. Liaise with design, contracts, and commercial teams to ensure compliant and competitive submissions. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. +7 years’ experience in engineering consultancy, with exposure to transportation Proposals. Strong technical writing, coordination, and bid management skills. English fluency.
