Job Summary:The Supervisor & Factory Manager at SRIE DECORS is responsible for overseeing factory operations, managing production workflows, and supervising site execution for interior projects. The role ensures timely delivery, high-quality workmanship, and efficient coordination between factory production and on-site installation.Key Responsibilities:Factory Management:Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory operations (modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchen units, TV units, etc.)Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of ordersEnsure quality control at every stage of manufacturingManage carpenters, machine operators, and factory workersMaintain inventory of raw materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.)Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery and toolsImplement safety standards and workplace disciplineSite Supervision:Coordinate with design team and clients for project executionSupervise installation work at client sitesEnsure work is completed as per design and specificationsHandle on-site workers and resolve execution issuesMonitor project timelines and ensure on-time deliveryOperations & Coordination:Maintain daily reports of factory and site activitiesCoordinate between procurement, production, and installation teamsManage vendor and supplier communicationControl wastage and optimize material usageEnsure customer satisfaction through quality and timely serviceRequired Skills:Strong leadership and team handling skillsKnowledge of interior works (modular kitchen, wardrobes, furniture)Basic understanding of materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, hardwareGood problem-solving and decision-making abilityTime management and multitasking skillsCommunication skills for client and team coordinationQualifications:Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil / Mechanical or related field3–6 years of experience in interior factory or site supervisionExperience in modular furniture production is an added advantageWork Environment:Factory + Site-based roleRequires coordination between workshop and project locationsPerformance Metrics:Production efficiency and outputQuality of finished productsOn-time project completionTeam productivityCustomer satisfaction Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
