Job duties:Strong experience of working in onshore/offshore project delivery modelDesign and implement technical solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation.worked on technical aspects esp. for bespoke solutions, ISV solutions, and customizations of warehousing (including advanced warehousing) and production control (manufacturing) modules.Architected Integration of F&O with other systems involving REST APIs, LogicApps/Power automate (any other middleware), Dual-write, and Dataverse.Led technical teams in delivering high-quality solutions.Ensure best practices in code management, unit testing, and build processes.Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.Managed integration, performance tuning, and optimization.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Integrate Power Apps with Dynamics 365 F&O to create custom applications and automate workflows.Built solutions based on Microsoft copilot for dynamics 365 F&O.Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O.Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the teamWorking Environment: Hybrid Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Other duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leadersManages project workstreams as directedMentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultantsQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role.Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012.Proficiency in X++ developmentProficiency in MS Azure and .NET technologies.Experience in project technical planning, estimation, and architecture/design.Knowledge of enterprise-scale architecture and design principles.Experience with performance tuning tools (e.g., LCS, Trace Parser, PERF SDK).Familiarity with regression testing tools (e.g., RSAT)Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.Experience with Power Apps integration and development.License/Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O, including:MB-700: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect ExpertMB-500: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer AssociatePreferred certificationsPL‑600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), PL‑400 (Power Platform Developer), AZ‑305 (Azure Solutions Architect), DP‑203 (Data Engineering on Azure), MB‑310/MB‑330/MB‑335 (Finance/SCM functional).
