This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and excels at translating complex data into strategic stories.The Impact You’ll MakeAs a key partner to our US finance and operations teams, you will influence the execution of our business strategies through advanced financial modeling and KPI reporting. You won’t just report numbers; you will articulate the /"why/" behind the data to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Data Analytics: Prepare and manage analytics on operational metrics and regional performance reviews in cooperation with US onshore teams.Model Building: Build and maintain analytical models for key operating measures and client/geographic performance.Strategic Support: Provide financial and strategic initiative support for the Senior Management team.Sales Analysis: Analyze front-line sales producer performance and headcount-based data.Process Improvement: Identify trends and suggest improvements to optimize repetitive tasks and eliminate waste.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Finance.Experience: 9–13 years in financial analysis and reporting. Prior experience in corporate FP&A is preferred.Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
