Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Stenographer to provide administrative and documentation support. The role involves fast and accurate typing, transcription, shorthand recording and maintaining official records with confidentiality.Key Responsibilities: Take dictation in shorthand from the Legal Head / Management.Accurately transcribe shorthand notes into properly formatted legal documents.Draft and format agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, notices, affidavits, and related correspondence.Assist in preparation of property documentation, annexures, and supporting papers.Ensure accuracy of survey numbers, property descriptions, financial figures, and statutory references.Maintain organized legal files (agreements, title documents, approvals, registrations).Coordinate with internal departments for documentation inputs.Maintain confidentiality of legal and commercial matters.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong command over English grammar and legal formatting.Proficiency in MS Word (document formatting, alignment, structuring).Basic understanding of property/legal terminology preferred.
