Role Description The Study Abroad Tele Caller is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The role involves communicating with prospective students and their families, providing information about study abroad programs, guiding them on application processes, and addressing queries. Tele Callers will maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up effectively to meet targets, while supporting prospective clients in making informed decisions about their educational journeys. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and any additional regional language(s).Experience in customer service, telecalling, or similar roles, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads and applications efficiently.Basic knowledge of international education systems and study abroad procedures (preferred).Proficient in using telephone systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.A positive attitude, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a team environment.Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
