Responsible for design & execution of formulation projects across India region from concept to commercialisation of the facility/project in both brownfield & greenfield sites. Must have exposure for various dosage forms especially in sterile operations. Candidate must be aware of the complete line balancing & capacity calculations for various manufacturing lines. Should be able to generate & implement various cost saving & energy efficient systems at all manufacturing locations. Must be aware of all mandatory statutory requirements to be fulfilled at manufacturing locations. Should have good knowledge of major process equipment’s & capable of budgeting for projects. Should have flare to work under strict budget controls.Responsibilities:Thorough knowledge of the various regulatory guidelines meeting the cGMP norms and should be able to put in the requirements in the layout & concept of the plant.Should have detailed knowledge & experience of designing and evaluation of the design documents submitted by various consultants.Should be well versed with the budgeting process for the projects and demonstrated leadership role for few projects above 100 Mn investments.Thorough knowledge of bills verifications & measurements of various contracting agencies along with relevant codes like IS, NBC, SMACNA etc. as this will integral part of daily routine.Would be responsible for strict budget monitoring, daily progress monitoring and handling overall site execution activities with adherence to various construction safety guidelines so as to ensure strict Zero accident/incidents at site.Should have good knowledge of various statutory guidelines as design & construction activities have to be carried out with full compliance at various sites.Should have experience of leading the team of 10+ engineers at a given point of time as he will have to act as a lead of overall execution at various sites.Educational Qualifications BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Electrical from reputed college with minimum 70% of degreeExperience 15+ years of Pharmaceutical industry in various dosage forms.Must have worked on Sterile operations & have knowledge of aseptic operations.Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)Must have executed couple of projects as a project lead.Thorough knowledge of HVAC design/concepts of Sterile operations in PFS, SVP, LVP etc.Should have detailed/thorough knowOther Requirements (License / Certification & Specialized Training)Any additional qualification/certification on EHS or HVAC design would be preferred. Affiliation with various bodies like IGBC, Chartered engineering certification etc would be an added advantage. Candidate should be well versed with AutoCad, MPP & SAP.
