We are looking for a results-driven Placement Manager to lead and strengthen our corporate relations and placement function. The role focuses on building strong industry partnerships, driving placement opportunities, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students across branches.This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to learner success, brand credibility, and business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Relations & PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, Founders, and Talent Acquisition teams.Develop new corporate tie-ups to generate job opportunities for students.Drive bulk hiring initiatives, campus drives, and company visits.Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate partnerships.2. Placement Execution & OutcomesEnsure timely placement of students across programs and branches.Coordinate interviews, drives, and hiring processes with corporates and internal teams.Track job openings, interview pipelines, selections, and joining status.Improve placement ratios and ensure high student success rates.3. Student Readiness & CoordinationWork closely with training and academic teams to ensure students are industry-ready.Align student profiles with corporate requirements and job descriptions.Provide feedback on skill gaps and hiring trends to improve training outcomes.4. Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintain and track placement MIS including interviews, offers, and conversions.Analyze performance metrics such as placement %, conversion ratio, and turnaround time.Share regular reports and insights with leadership for decision-making.5. Process Improvement & QualityIdentify gaps in placement processes and implement improvements.Ensure smooth coordination between corporate, training, and branch teams.Enhance student and corporate experience through structured processes.
