This role is not just about uploading videos it’s about building a high-performance content engine that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end YouTube channel managementPlan and execute content strategy aligned with business goalsOptimize videos for SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions)Analyze performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention, impressions)Work closely with content, design, and growth teamsDrive subscriber growth and organic reachExecute A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formatsManage publishing calendar and consistencyIdentify trends, viral formats, and growth opportunitiesHandle YouTube Studio, analytics, and basic automation workflowsRequirements0–2 years of experience managing or growing YouTube channelsStrong understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEOHands-on experience with YouTube Studio and analyticsBasic understanding of thumbnails, hooks, and content psychologyAbility to think in terms of growth, not just executionStrong ownership mindset and accountabilityGood communication and coordination skillsGood to HaveExperience in EdTech / SaaS / Creator economyKnowledge of tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similarBasic video editing or thumbnail understandingExperience in running YouTube adsWhat You GetDirect exposure to building a global content engineWork closely with founders and core teamHigh ownership, fast execution environmentOpportunity to build something at scale
