Position: TCAD EngineerLocation: Dholera, Gujarat (Hybrid)Experience: 5 + YearsWhat You Will Work OnOwn TCAD development for 40–180nm CMOS, HV, BCD, and eNVM technologies.Add new devices & features (CMOS, memory, passives) and build next‑gen technology modules.Calibrate TCAD decks to silicon; validate models using real data.Predict device performance, propose Design of Experiments (DOE), and guide silicon validation.Work on Wide Band Gap devices (GaN/SiC) or emerging memories (RRAM/MRAM/Flash).Present insights to internal and customer senior leadership.Partner closely with Technology Development, Design Enablement & Manufacturing teams.Who We Want (Must‑Have Skills)Candidates must have strong, demonstrated experience in:Device Physics & ModelingDeep understanding of CMOS device physicsHands‑on experience with TCAD models + SPICE compact modelsExposure to GaN, RF, Power devices OR eNVM technologies (RRAM, MRAM, Flash)Failure MechanicsKnowledge of key reliability mechanisms:CMOS: HCI, NBTI, TDDBeNVM: SILC, Endurance, Retention, DisturbsProcess & ManufacturingStrong understanding of process modules, process variation, and DFMProven record delivering technologies into high‑volume manufacturingLeadership & CollaborationCan mentor and lead a small technical teamAbility to work with global, cross‑functional engineering teamsStrong communication skills for customer-facing discussionsQualificationsM.S or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields5+ years experience in semiconductor TCAD / device engineeringDemonstrated success taking technologies from development → productionStrong problem-solving using DOE, modeling, and analytical toolsNote - The role is based in Dholera, Gujarat, India. Candidates from Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, or GIFT City (Gandhinagar) are also welcome. You may begin in a hybrid work arrangement working 2-3 days (Week) from Dholera later transitioning to a fully on‑site role in next few months.
