HR Business Partner (HRBP) – International BPO. We are expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing International Contact Center operations.If you are passionate about employee engagement, operational HR, and partnering with business leaders to drive performance in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect with you.Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, MumbaiShift: US Rotational ShiftIndustry: International BPO / Contact CenterKey Responsibilities:• Act as a strategic HR partner to contact center leadership• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies• Partner with operations to manage attrition, absenteeism, and performance issues• Support workforce planning and collaborate with recruitment teams• Ensure HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence• Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to improve people strategies• Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiativesRequirements:4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO / Contact Center environmentStrong experience in Employee Relations and Stakeholder ManagementAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsComfortable working in US rotational shiftsPreferred: Experience supporting international voice processes or contact center operations.
