Key Responsibilities:Design, review, and execution of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems during and after installation.Manage vendors and contractors for MEP-related work.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities.Optimize system performance and suggest cost-effective solutions.
