Job Title:Perfume Production Executive / Fragrance Production SpecialistJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Perfume Production Executive to manage and support the end-to-end production process of our fragrance line. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all stages of perfume manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Assist in perfume compounding and batch preparation as per approved formulationsHandle maceration, filtration, and blending processes under defined conditionsManage raw material measurement, mixing, and inventory trackingOversee filling, bottling, labelling, and packaging operationsMaintain quality control checks to ensure consistency in scent, colour, and performanceCoordinate with suppliers for fragrance oils, alcohol, and packaging materialsEnsure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the production areaMaintain proper documentation of batches, formulas, and production logsSupport in scaling production from small batches to larger volumesRequirements:Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG production (preferred but not mandatory)Basic understanding of fragrance notes, blending, and stability is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulationsAbility to work in a structured, process-driven environmentHands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindsetPreferred:Prior experience with perfume brands or fragrance housesKnowledge of maceration techniques and quality testingWork Type:Full-time / On-site / Contract
