Position Title: Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting Location: Bangalore Job Summary: Financial Reporting is a key role within the finance function. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Maintenance: Financial Reporting: • Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement & notes to accounts. • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS). • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. • Prepare and analyze management reports. Regulatory Compliance: • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Process Improvement: • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality. Stakeholder Communication: • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders. • Provide clear and concise financial information. • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. What we are looking for: • CA qualified with 3-5 years of experience in Financial Reporting. • Go-getter & confident personalist. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
