Beru emphasizes child-centered learning and a collaborative approach to education.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The IB Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and administration of IB programs while ensuring alignment with the school’s philosophy and the Reggio-inspired approach. Responsibilities include curriculum planning and development, teacher training and mentorship, compliance with IB standards, managing student assessments, and fostering an environment that supports students, teachers, and the school community in achieving excellence.QualificationsStrong organizational and leadership skills to effectively coordinate IB program activities and collaborate with faculty.Understanding of IB philosophy, standards, and practices, as well as experience with curriculum planning and implementation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with parents, staff, and the IB organization.Proficiency in teaching methodologies such as differentiated instruction, and experience in guiding inquiry-based and student-centered learning practices.Experience in teacher mentorship and professional development.Commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment aligned with Reggio-inspired principles.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is highly preferred; IB certification is a plus.If interested apply to
