We firmly believe that digital solutions should align with and support the long-term health of our planet.Role Overview:We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive / Customer Specialist to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social mediaUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsFollow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) when requiredEscalate complex issues to the relevant department in a timely mannerMeet service quality standards and response time SLAsProvide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experienceRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)Strong verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple customer interactions efficientlyBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)Customer-first mindset with a professional attitudePerks and Benefits:Job Offer: Successful candidates can expect a salary of Rs. 3 lac per annum upon conversion to a permanent employee.Tools: A dedicated Apple MacBook (Apple silicon-based) will be provided during your employment.Bonus: Performance-based incentives for timely completion of assigned projects.Exposure: Get an opportunity to work with international teammates.Amenities: Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office.Flexibility: Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code.Work Week: A 5-day workweek schedule.
