Planning & ResearchDrive cattle feed R&D initiatives aligned with business objectivesConduct pan-India market surveys on feed performanceReview scientific literature and identify innovation opportunities2. Execution & DevelopmentDevelop new feed solutions through product and process innovationEvaluate feed performance and recommend improvementsPlan and execute research trials at cattle farmsDisseminate research findings and support implementation3. Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with Nutrition, Technical, and Sales teamsProvide technical support on field and commercial challengesConduct internal capability-building and training programs4.
