We are looking for PPQM LEAD CONSULTANTEXPERIENCE: 9 yrs- 18 yrsLocation : Hyderabad NP : 2 Months Work Mode : 5 days WFONOTE : MUST HAVE 2 -3 IMPLEMENTATIONS ON S/4 HANA. NEED EXPERIENCE IN BOTH PPQM.JOB DESCRIPTION :Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on ProductionPlanning & Quality Management processesLeading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value tothe project and to the final deliverablesBe actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Liveof customer implementation projectsDemonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops /meetings with internal and external clientsResponsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimatingefforts and project timelinesParticipating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a BidManagerProviding a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problemsDelivering billable components that meets a customer’s needsBachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in SAPSAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM)preferredMinimum 4 to 5 full life cycle SAP implementationsStrong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality ManagementModules Good integration knowledge with other components with SAP S/4 HANA.Worked on Discrete, process industries & Repetitive ManufacturingscenariosWorked on Sales and Operational planning ,Long term planning , MaterialRequirement Planning , Demand Management, capacity evaluation andproduction execution processes.Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Maketo Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)Should have worked on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and QualityImprovement (Quality Notification & Non conformance Management)Processes.Good understanding of Sample management ,Stability Study , DynamicModification of the Inspection Scope and Statistical Process Control (SPC)Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focusSolid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability tocommunicate complex technical topics to management and non-technicalaudiencesMobility is must – candidate must be ready to travel to project locations(short term and long term)Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scoresProductive days/utilization as defined by the organizationKnowledge Management and creation of effective reusable componentsProvide support for SAP PP/QM module to business users.Design and build SAP PP/QM solutions & perform maintenance and supportMust have strong ERP implementation experienceExperience in PP/QM technical knowledge will be an added advantageKnowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution will be preferredMust have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodologyUse of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirableGood Communication skill in English
