Working closely with the Finance Director, you will ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient processes across multiple entities.This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic input, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and contributing to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and associate paymentsPrepare and analyse monthly management accounts with accuracy and timelinessAct as the first point of contact for external financial queriesEnsure compliance with VAT regulations and other statutory requirementsCollaborate with outsourced finance providers and professional advisorsManage payroll inputs and coordinate with HR teamsLeverage financial tools (e.g., Xero ecosystem) to generate actionable insightsSupport the Finance Director with: Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, Statutory reporting requirements, Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, Automation and process improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant hands-on experienceStrong proficiency in Xero, Dext, Excel, and FathomDemonstrated experience in a similar finance role, ideally in a multi-entity environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote settingSelf-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independentlyIntegrity, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional approachPreferred SkillsExperience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site businessesExposure to financial systems automation and process optimisationStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with outsourced finance teamsWork ScheduleMonday to Friday2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (9:00 AM GMT to 6:00 PM GMT)Benefits / What We OfferYearly Salary range in INR : 22 LPA - 28 LPAOpportunity to shape and influence a fast-scaling, purpose-driven organisationA collaborative and supportive remote work environmentMeaningful work that contributes to improving lives and wellbeingCareer growth opportunities within an innovative and expanding business
