Distribution ManagementIdentify, recruit, and onboard Distributors and Dealers in the assigned territoryBuild and activate a robust distribution network to ensure wide market reachManage distributor relationships and ensure adequate stock availability across alltouchpointsTrain distribution partners on product positioning, pricing structure, and salesprocessesCoordinate technical onboarding with the platform team for system access and digital tools2. Sales AchievementDrive sales of HealthPlus VIP cards through the distribution networkAchieve monthly sales targets for card activations across Silver and Gold tiersMonitor daily sales performance, card activation rates, and revenue metricsImplement sales strategies and promotional schemes to accelerate market penetrationSupport dealers in executing consumer-facing sales campaigns and awareness drives3.
