Purpose:Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial PhasesWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Development Head for our Real Estate division in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading the development of large commercial-led real estate projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory bylaws, and implementing best-in-class leadership for safety, quality, and construction management. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving the growth and success of our real estate projects. Experience:25-30 years of Experience in Large Infrastructure Industry. Experience in building Mall, IT Park, is preferredExperience of handling multiple projects at the same timeNational and International exposure for Commercial Real Estate ProjectsRoles and Responsibilities:The Project Development Head will be:A leader and captain of the ship integrating cross-functional teams, motivating to deliver with highest quality, speed, safety, compliance, and stakeholder managementEnsure deep understanding and adherence to development and regulatory bylaws, project designs, and approvalsExpected to manage all aspects of project including but not limited to inception, planning, budgeting, statutory & legal approvals, Management of Consultants, Contractors, Vendors & Suppliers, Complete executionProvide best-in-class leadership for safety, quality, compliances, and construction managementOversee and direct the project teams to ensure successful project deliveryDocument management & controls, RFP process, Cost Control & Management, Vendor managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, legal, and finance to drive project successDevelop and implement strategies for optimizing project timelines and costs while maintaining high-quality standardsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and external partnersLead from the front to deploy the digital initiatives for Project executionImplement Group Digital and Innovation initiatives to drive execution efficiencyEnsure stakeholder management with Local Municipal corporation, Development authorities for Building plan approvals, Fire and Safety DepartmentsDevelop and implement a comprehensive Project Delivery roadmap to handle various project deliverablesDevelop project budgets, track expenditure, and periodically discuss with finance team to ensure total compliance to budgetIdentify and mitigate potential project risks and challengesContribute to the overall strategic planning and growth of the real estate division Behavioural Skills:Exceptional leadership and team management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsTechnical Skills:Proven experience in leading the development of large commercial-led real estate projectsThorough understanding of development and regulatory bylaws, project designs, and approvalsExpertise in safety, quality, compliances, and construction managementIn-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk managementProficiency in utilizing project management tools and softwareNon-Negotiable Skills:Head of development for large commercial-led real estate projects of 2-3 Mn.
