Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Director - Hospitality Interiors based in Mumbai. The Design Director will lead the design process for hospitality interior projects, managing end-to-end design development, overseeing architectural and interior elements, and ensuring innovative solutions align with client expectations. Responsibilities will include supervising design teams, ensuring the delivery of construction drawings, contributing to branding initiatives, and maintaining exceptional design standards aligned with company vision. Qualifications Expertise in Design Management and Branding to oversee creative direction and uphold brand identity in hospitality projectsProficiency in Architecture and Product Design, with a strong understanding of spatial planning, aesthetics, and functionalityExperience with Construction Drawings to ensure precise and efficient project deliveryStrong leadership and project management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlinesAbility to manage complex projects and communicate ideas effectively with clients and stakeholdersDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldExperience in the hospitality design industry is highly preferred
