Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Online Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Patna. The role involves managing online sales processes, identifying and engaging potential customers, offering tailored solutions, and building enduring client relationships. You will assist with customer inquiries, provide product training when necessary, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales through online platforms. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to efficiently address client needs and build lasting relationships.Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and tools to support customer outreach and sales campaigns.Ability to provide effective Training and product demonstrations to assist customers in onboarding processes.Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Proficiency with digital sales platforms and tools; familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
