Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the Director who will act as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling effective decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules with precision. Communication Management Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the Director when required. Meeting Coordination Prepare agendas, presentations, and MIS reports; take minutes and track action items. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal teams, senior leadership, external partners, and clients. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Operational Support Assist in follow-ups on key projects, initiatives, and business priorities. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates on key matters. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of discretion and integrity Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Strong stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership Experience in handling CXO-level stakeholders is a strong advantage
