About the CompanyPROJECT MANAGERAbout the RoleThe aim of the role manages projects and the work of production teams on a day-to-day basis according to the chosen methodology/framework. Cooperates with internal and external departments of the agency within the assigned scope. Takes responsibility for the effectiveness of the work of production teams. Designs and monitors ways of working, as well as creates and updates project documentation. Project Manager performs duties independently within the scope of typical and more complicated projects, requiring limited support from the supervisor. In unusual situations, duties are performed under the supervision of the superior.ResponsibilitiesIndependent end to end management of complex eCommerce/WebTech/UX&UI/Digital projectsOperating in line with internal processes while running projects - skillful navigation within client tools and brands in the client's portfolioAbility to independently prepare and map project documentation (RACI, Quality Checks, optimization of existing process, knowledge repositories, JIRA, work schedule), including skillful adaptation of proposed solutions to actual needs on the client/project and adequate customization of existing documents.Proficient navigation and knowledge of existing documentation/problems and its skillful use for ongoing projectsPractical use of tools from the Agile and Waterfall methodologies in daily work (daily management, effective retro, preparation of a project execution plan, kanban, basics of facilitation); skillful mixing of selected frameworks in order to achieve optimization and streamline communication on a project.Proposing new solutions and being able to explain/implement them within the project teamFully autonomous execution of regular project retrospectives/washups using selected tools (including development and execution of tasks identified in the meetings).Ability to communicate freely with the client (including in English) or with internal process participants/stakeholders (design, technology, UX, transcreation, strategy and others) whose coordination is essential for the production of the service/project, being comfortable with the business aspects of client work.Ability to map the process and draw it clearly, taking into account the different stages of production, the resources involved and the tools used.Preparing complex time estimates based on knowledge and securing approval from production teams.Making independent and responsible decisions on the project, such as defining and managing work priorities, risk managementCollaborating and sharing knowledge, taking part in onboarding new employees, participating in or co-organizing workshops.Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor and supporting the daily functioning of the organization, including adherence to company and team rules (availability, working hours, vacation planning, handover preparation), participation in meetings, task execution, and reporting on individual work (e.g., timesheet submission, updating project documentation) QualificationsHard skills, knowledge & toolsVery good knowledge of tools to improve collaboration between teams, such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence Smartsheet, Teams, etc., enabling new solutions to be proposed and knowledge to be shared.Knowledge of DoR (definition of ready) and DoD (definition of done) and Quality Gates in the overall eComm production process to maintain governance of the process.Very good knowledge of eCommerce/WebTech/UX&UI/Digital (depending on scope)Very good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); competent in selected methodologiesVery good knowledge of scheduling tools and ability to apply them in practice in non-standard and/or more complex projectsVery good knowledge of the timeframes of individual project elements (production SLAs), skillful translation of this knowledge into project estimates (time or cost); skillful challenging of estimates received from production and running departmentsAbility and knowledge in comprehensive management of the project implementation process and overseeing all phases (design, production/programming, testing, implementation, and support)Ability to manage project budgets (maintaining margins, controlling external and internal costs), preventing mismanagementVery good knowledge of the organization (organizational units, structure of Publicis Production) and ability to navigate it independently Pay range and compensation package[Pay range or salary or compensation]Equal Opportunity Statement[Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.]
