Location: Bangalore / South India (preferred)Stage: Operating business with revenue of around 36 Cr per annumEquity: Investment at current valuationCommitment: Full-time / Operator mindsetAbout UsWe are a diversified FMCG group with a strong distribution network across HoReCa, GT & MT in South India. The operational backbone is already in place — warehouses, vehicles, sales relationships, and live customers.Our next phase is brand-led scale.We are looking to onboard a Partner / Co-Founder who can build brands that create demand, not just push products.The OpportunityThis is not a marketing role.This is a chance to:Build and scale FMCG brands from an existing platformLeverage a ready distribution network instead of starting from zeroOwn brand P&L, strategy, and growth outcomesCreate long-term value, not campaignsRole & ResponsibilitiesYou will:Define and build brand strategy (positioning, pricing, architecture)Lead go-to-market across HoReCa, GT, MT and selective D2CDrive demand creation, not just awarenessWork closely with manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain teamsIdentify and scale hero SKUs with strong unit economicsBuild and manage brand, marketing, and growth teamsBe accountable for revenue growth, margins, and repeat demandWhat We’re Looking ForYou likely have:8+ years experience in brand building, FMCG marketing, or growthHands-on experience scaling brands (₹10–₹100 Cr journey preferred)Strong understanding of Indian GT / MT / HoReCa dynamicsAbility to balance brand ambition with operational realitiesA builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and executionExisting industry reach (buyers, chefs, chains, modern trade, media, communities)What This Is (and Isn’t)-Ownership role with real influence-Skin-in-the-game partnership-Long-term brand creation opportunity-Not an agency role-Not a consultant/advisor position-Not a “run ads and report metrics” jobStructure & EconomicsEntry via investment at current valuationClean governance and long-term partnership intentWho Should ApplyIf you believe:Great brands are built at the intersection of product, distribution, and demandMarketing should drive revenue, not vanity metricsYou want to build something meaningful over 5–10 yearsWe should talk.
