Job DescriptionDelivery Manager – IT InfrastructureLocation: Mysore (Onsite)Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 7–10 years in IT Infrastructure Management to lead service delivery, operations, and project execution. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and adherence to ITIL processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure delivery of infrastructure services (cloud, data centers, networks, end-user computing) in line with defined SLAsManage end-to-end project and program deliveryOversee daily operations, conduct regular reviews, and prevent escalationsEngage with stakeholders to align IT services with business requirementsDrive ITIL-based service management processes and continuous improvementProvide periodic updates and reports to leadershipRequired Skills & Experience7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure ManagementMinimum 3 years in a leadership or project management roleExperience with leading IT infrastructure services organizationsStrong knowledge of ITIL processes (mandatory)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldPreferred CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional)ITIL Foundation/ExpertCloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
