Role Description We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Gurgaon location. The Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, maintaining communication with shippers and carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring transportation schedules, resolving logistical challenges, maintaining records, and collaborating with other teams to enhance efficiency and service quality. Effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential to this role. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage transportation schedules and logistics workflowsProficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with shippers, carriers, and team membersProblem-solving abilities to address and resolve logistical challenges efficientlyKnowledge of freight broking, shipping regulations, and cross-border logisticsProficiency in using logistics software and tools for scheduling and record-keepingBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight broking, or supply chain managementUnderstanding of the North American logistics landscape, including FTL, LTL, and cross-border shipping processes
