Hi All,We are looking for Sr Financial Data analyst with 5+ Years of experience Yrs of Exp: 5+ YearsLocation: HyderabadMode of work: work from Office initial 3 months post hybrid JD:Keyskills: Power BI, Advanced SQL, Financial SAAS metrics(ARR, Retention, bookings)Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Metrics & Reporting Own the development and maintenance of core financial metrics including ARR, bookings, product performance, and retention. Ensure consistent metric definitions and data integrity across financial reporting and executive dashboards.Executive Reporting & BI Management Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards and reports within the company’s primary Business Intelligence (BI) platform (PowerBI). Ensure dashboards are reliable, up-to-date, and clearly communicate performance insights for Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.Financial Performance Analysis Support deep-dive analysis to identify revenue trends, performance drivers, and potential risks. Support Finance leadership with analytics related to revenue performance, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, churn trends, and growth drivers.Ad Hoc Financial Analysis Support Finance leadership with a steady stream of ad-hoc or custom analytics; incorporate backlog and future roadmap where it makes sense.Data & Systems ExpertiseFinancial Data Systems Understanding Develop a strong understanding of how key operational and financial systems interact across the revenue lifecycle, including CRM and ERP platforms. Support the integrity and consistency of data used in financial reporting and analytics. Maintain a working knowledge of data structures in these systems to understand how this data flows end to end. Develop monitoring and data management processes to govern and control key data.SQL Development Write, update, and maintain SQL queries and scripts necessary to extract, transform, and structure data for financial reporting and dashboard development while ensuring data integrity and performance.Finance Reporting Infrastructure Develop and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards across BI tools and source systems to support financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial data analyst, business intelligence, finance analytics, or similar role supporting Finance, FP&A, or revenue analytics in an Enterprise SaaS environment.Communication Ability to effectively bridge technical and business audiences by explaining data, methodologies, and insights in a clear and practical way.BI Tool Expertise Extensive hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar tools.SQL Proficiency Advanced proficiency in SQL including complex query development, data transformation, and query optimization for reporting environments.Required Skills & KnowledgeSaaS Financial Metrics Expertise Strong understanding of the Enterprise SaaS business model and key financial metrics including ARR, bookings, ACV, churn, expansion, and retention.Revenue Data Familiarity Experience working with operational revenue data from CRM and finance systems and translating it into financial reporting and analytics.
