The studio is known for its collaborative design approach, strong technical delivery, and end-to-end project execution capabilities across India.The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Chief Designer with 8–10 years of experience in Education (schools, campuses, institutions) or Hospitality (hotels, villas, resorts) projects.This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong balance of creative design vision, technical expertise, and project execution capability. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept design through to site execution, ensuring exceptional quality and smooth delivery at every stage.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of projects from concept to completionLead design development, space planning, and technical detailingManage statutory drawings and approvals within the Mumbai regionCoordinate with local authorities, consultants, and approval agenciesLead client meetings, presentations, and design workshopsOversee coordination with MEP, structural, and specialist consultantsDrive project timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarksMentor and lead internal design teamsSupport site teams during execution and ensure design intent is maintainedEnsure compliance with all local regulations and statutory requirementsCandidate Profile8–10 years’ experience in architecture / interior design consultancyStrong portfolio in Education or Hospitality projectsProven experience handling projects from concept to executionStrong expertise in statutory approvals and drawings in MumbaiExcellent client-facing and consultant coordination skillsDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilityStrong technical detailing and execution knowledgeExcellent presentation and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceSchools, universities, institutional campusesHotels, luxury villas, resorts, hospitality spacesExperience within a reputed design or architectural consultancyPackage₹18 Lakhs per annumExcellent long-term growth opportunity within a leading design practiceOpportunity to work on prestigious and large-scale projects
