This role combines creative fashion expertise with customer engagement and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of sarees, fashion trends, and customer service excellence to drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting sarees and provide styling guidanceManage overall store sales and achieve revenue targetsLead customer engagement with a personalized and professional approachMaintain product knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and current fashion trendsSupport inventory management and visual merchandisingBuild strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat businessCollaborate with the team to improve store performance and customer satisfactionRequirements:Background in Fashion Designing (preferred)Prior experience in retail sales or fashion industryStrong knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and traditional wearExcellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)Working knowledge of English (preferred)Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage sales operations and work in a team
