This role ensures maximum asset recovery, optimal inventory flow, and minimal waste, while enabling efficient material supply back to the business.Key Responsibilities 1. Material Flow ManagementEnsure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation across locationsOptimize inventory operations, storage, and dispatch efficiencyDrive TAT reduction in material movement2. Recovery & Refurbishment EnablementMaximize the recovery rate of defective/returned assetsWork closely with refurbishment teams and vendors to ensure high repair throughputMonitor repair cycle times and bottlenecksEnable reuse of components and parts wherever feasible 3. Vendor & Partner ManagementManage warranty claims with OEMs through the Procurement Team.Manage repair vendors and recycling vendorsTrack vendor performance (TAT, quality, recovery rates)Drive cost optimization in repair and recovery operationsEnsure compliance and documentation for scrap disposal 4. Inventory Ownership & ControlAct as custodian of all materials under ReCircleEnsure zero shrinkage and high inventory accuracyImplement inventory control mechanisms and auditsMaintain clear visibility of usable vs non-usable inventory 5. Process Design & OptimizationDesign and standardize SOPs for material handling and recovery processesIdentify and eliminate process inefficiencies and leakagesCollaborate with tech/analytics teams for system improvements and automation 6. Cross-functional CoordinationWork with Supply Planning for demand-supply alignmentCoordinate with the Inventory team for material returns and redeploymentCoordinate with the Procurement team for warranty claims and vendor managementWork with Finance, business, and procurement teams to execute the scrap/recyclingWork with the Inventory team for all material requirements within ReCircle7.
